Paediatric First Aid
12 Hour
This course covers the full requirements as stated by Sure Start/Early Years Development. This course can be split over 2 Day’s or 4 evenings.

Emergency First Aid At Work (Previously known as Appointed Persons)
1 Day
This is run over min 6 hours.
It contains treatment for a casualty who is:


Unconscious
Not Breathing
Bleeding
Also any other areas of concern or need for the specific work environment.

First Aid at Work Requalification
2 Day
Once the delegate has passed a Full First Aid at Work course they must attend a 2 day course within 3 years in order to keep their certificate up to date. The course will cover any new methods and regulations brought in over the past 3 year period.

Delegates are invited to put forward any areas of weakness they feel they may have. The course syllabus is equivalent to the (3 day) Full at work course. At the end of the course all delegates will be invited to sit a formal Exam.

First Aid at Work
3 Day
Under the Health & Safety First Aid at Work regulations 1981, all employers must make adequate and appropriate facilities for first aid, for their employee’s whilst they are at work. This course covers the full syllabus as stated by the Health & Safety Executive. At the end of the course all delegates will be invited to sit a formal exam.

AED Automated External Defribulator

3 Hours
All delegates should have a first aid certificate (preferably full at work certificate) although not compulsory. Course will have a recap on current Resuscitation Guidelines and practice with Simulator De-Fib.

Basic First Aid for Parents/Grandparents
1 Day
A course run is specifically for parents and grandparents who wish to have a more in-depth knowledge on first aid procedures when looking after their infant. Covers any other areas of concern or needs specifically for a child’s environment.

First Aid For Motorcyclists

1 Day
This is run over min 6 hours, must contain
Treatment for a casualty who is :

Unconscious
Not Breathing
Bleeding
